Puently Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2026.06.10 · BAEK SEUNGJIN (Busan, South Korea)
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of Puently (the 'Service'), a multilingual AI prompt generation SaaS operated by BAEK SEUNGJIN (the 'Operator') based in Busan, South Korea.
2. Service Definition
Puently transforms natural language inputs into optimized prompts using AI models including OpenAI GPT-5. The Service supports Korean, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with Free (5/day), Pro (€10/mo), and Premium (€18/mo) tiers.
3. Account Registration
Users must register with email and password and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Users under 14 cannot register.
4. Service Restrictions
The Operator may restrict access without prior notice for: (1) identity fraud, (2) Rate Limit circumvention, (3) attempts to generate illegal or harmful content, (4) non-payment after billing, (5) other violations of these Terms.
5. Paid Service Payment
Payments via Toss (Korea) or Wise (Global) QR codes. The Operator manually approves after payment confirmation (1-24 business hours). Payment proofs are used only for verification and destroyed within 7 days.
6. Refund Policy
Article 6 (Refund Policy) 1. First Pro Payment: 100% refund within 7 days if used 10 times or less 2. Renewal: 100% refund within 3 days of renewal, prorated afterwards 3. Conditional refund (within 30 days of signup): - Within 7 days + 20 uses or less: 100% refund - 8~30 days + 50 uses or less: 50% refund 4. Refund not available in these cases: - More than 50 uses - Refund requested after publishing 5+ prompts to public gallery - Terms violation or malicious abuse detected 5. Refund requests: chdisa85100@icloud.com (processed within 3 business days)
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and system prompts of this Service are copyrighted by BAEK SEUNGJIN (resident of Busan, South Korea). Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works without authorization. Users own the prompts they generate; the Operator may use anonymized data for service improvement.
8. Limitation of Liability
This Service is an AI tool. Users are responsible for results generated. The Operator does not warrant accuracy of AI outputs and is not liable for outages of third-party services (e.g., OpenAI). The Operator's liability does not exceed fees paid by the user in the last 3 months.
9. Changes to Terms
Changes will be announced 7 days before effective date via in-service notice and email. Users may cancel membership if they disagree.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Korean law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Busan District Court, South Korea.
