1. Information We Collect
Email address, password (bcrypt hashed), payment proof images (for manual approval), and service usage logs (IP, User-Agent, generated prompts).
2. Purpose of Use
User identification and authentication, payment processing and approval, service quality improvement and fraud prevention, fulfillment of legal obligations (Korean e-commerce law, etc.).
3. Retention Period
Member information: until account deletion. Payment information: retained for 5 years per Korean e-commerce law. Payment proof images: destroyed within 7 days of verification. Service logs: 6 months.
4. Third-Party Sharing and Processors
OpenAI (prompt generation, USA), Supabase (database and authentication hosting, USA), Resend (email delivery, USA), Lovable (hosting and infrastructure). We do not sell or share your data with any other third party without your consent.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use localStorage and cookies to maintain login sessions and remember UI language/theme preferences. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, data portability (JSON export), and account deletion at any time. Requests: chdisa85100@icloud.com.
7. Security Measures
Passwords are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data. Payment proofs are stored in private storage.
8. Users Under 14
Registration is not allowed for users under 14. If we discover we have collected data from a user under 14, we will delete it immediately.
9. GDPR (European Users)
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) may exercise all rights granted by GDPR, including the right to be forgotten, data portability, and restriction of processing. Contact: chdisa85100@icloud.com.
10. CCPA (California Users)
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including access, deletion, and opt-out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
